Dear Listener…

News Nerds was started in April of 2020 while elementary schooler Ezra Graham (pictured right slowly becoming a silver fox) was stuck at his Montana home during the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. To ward off boredom, he started to fiddle around with a computer and produce a low quality podcast from a makeshift studio. Fast forward to today and Ezra is in high school and has recorded interviews with around100 people. He is the youngest person to single handedly produce a recurring current events podcast and radio show. Most of all, he has learned a lot.

First, this is thanks to many kind people including my aunt, grandparents, family, and friends who have tuned in from all corners of the country. Over time, generous publicists and agents have helped to connect me to even more generous professors, journalists, authors, actors, activists, cooks, or some combination of the above. Thank you to my teachers who have accommodated me when I have to conduct interviews from school.

What is News Nerds? News Nerds is for everyone. That’s because of the diversity of the guests we interview and the topics we cover. If you’d like to search around for subjects that might interest you, our episodes are tagged by subject.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions and suggestions!

Thanks so much for being with us,

Ezra Graham
